Sheet pan chicken recipes are some of the easiest you can cook if you are looking for something more on the healthy side and very few dishes to wash.
What’s even better is that there are several ways you can cook chicken in these sheet pan recipes.
For instance, here you will find chicken thighs, chicken legs, and chicken breast.
The chicken can be cooked in full pieces, cut into bite size, or even in thin strips.

Ever feel like you will never get to that place where you will cook meals every night instead of going through the drive thru and wasting money? The Simple Meal Planning Binder will be your life saver!
Besides the chicken there are so many things you can add to sheet pan chicken recipes. The possibilities are practically endless.
Another HUGE POSITIVE is that these recipes can be prepped ahead of time in batches and then put on the pan the night you want to cook. These batches could be smaller so they are used through the week or you can create batches to freeze. You would just need to thaw your packet out before putting in the oven.

I am a fan of cutup chicken breast so when I saw this recipe I had to include it. It takes a little longer in the oven but it is still just 10 minutes of prep time.
This is one I will definitely be trying out. Speaking of trying out I am debating on whether to do a series of “I Tried It” where I will try the recipes I include on Busy Cook’s Plan and the give my thoughts and actual times it takes me. What do you think?
Back to the recipe… other than the sour cream on the top (I swear I will gag if my tongue dares to barely touch the stuff), it looks soooo delicious with all those colors.

I’m not a fan of chicken legs but Robert and Robbie LOVE it. They would have it every day if they could. Typically we have it fried but this much healthier option is what we are going to try next. Or should I say they will try next.
Looking at the picture there doesn’t seem to be very many vegetables but the vegetables Taylor put in this recipe cook really well together. Now like with any recipes here you can always include other vegetables you will just want to add them in so they cook just right.

This recipe is one that I’m sure you will see over and over. But it is such a classic that it had to be part of the sheet pan chicken recipes collection.
Just in case you don’t read the post with the recipe there is one thing that Sonia does that may make a difference in the taste. I’ve seen several sheet pan meals say to just mix on the pan to save an extra dish to wash. But Sonia suggests doing it in a bowl which seems to evenly distribute the spices better.
