What Is Not in This Meal Planning Course
So that I’m not wasting your time or disappointing you in the end let me tell you what you are NOT going to find in this course.
- You will not find fancy foods. We keep it simple here.
- We will not be putting a huge focus on how to save money at the grocery store. Nope, not in this guide. We will mention savings apps and the sales page but most of the time just buying store brand is enough. This guide is meant for those who live paycheck to paycheck or even worse because they don’t know what to fix for dinner. Learning just this one task will save you money without ever having to check to see what is on sale or worry about bulk buying. That stuff can come later if you wish to save more. For now, keeping meals simple will go a long way.
- You will not find meal prep ideas in this guide. I hate to be the one to break to you but as cool as meal prepping sounds it should not be a concern right now. You gotta take it one hop scotch at a time. This hop will be meal planning. Once you’ve mastered this then you can jump into meal prepping with both feet.
- You will not be keeping a super broad stock of foods. In this guide we have some staples and then only buy what we need. That’s it so if keeping a fully stocked fridge, freezer and pantry is your jam then you won’t be feeling the groove here.

With the way this course is laid out at the end of each lesson you will be given actions steps to complete before you move on. Once you have completed those actions steps then you will click the Continue button to go to the next lesson.
