Well, right now, at the moment I want to be that person heading to bed cause I’ve worked all day and I’m super tired.
Kidding! Not really…
Anyhow, who do you see yourself as in three months from now? They say if you stick to something for 90 days then it turns into a habit.
Let’s say you go straight through this guide. Don’t stop. Just barrel through and follow every single step in it.
You now have what you need to know what is for dinner every single night. Every. Single. Night. At that point you even know when you will be eating out.
You are now saving money, actually more money than you thought you would because you didn’t realize exactly how much you were spending at the drive thru and wasting food. Makes you a little sick when you think about it but grateful that you are on a journey to perfection.
Got that imagine? Good.
Now, who will you be in three months?
Do you see yourself as that person walking into the grocery store or shopping online with a purpose of knowing what you are there for?
Can you picture yourself texting back your kid to say “Check the meal plan on the fridge.”?
I see you walking confidently into the kitchen ready to start throwing dinner together without thinking twice about what you need. Do you see that?
How about can you imagine that your family will begin to see that you have more control?
How will you feel in three months?
How do you think you will feel when this happens for you?
Proud? Confident? Worthy? Relieved? Less stressed? Grateful? At peace? In control?
Unless you are watching and waiting for it you won’t even realize it until one day it will hit you just out of the blue.
One day you will suddenly realize that you have developed a habit and all those emotions will hit you at once.
It is an awesome feeling to know that you are doing something to make a positive change for you and your family.
You are probably needing to watch your money pretty close since you are taking a journey to help you get better with your food to save money.
So, just imagine how great it will feel to be able to just go out and buy a tv when yours goes bust. And you don’t even have to use a credit card.
If you follow these steps and learn how to manage your money then buying that tv will not be a problem for you.
So, who do you want to be?
Take some time to think about that and list these down.
You’ve now figured out who you are and who you want to be.
It is now up to you to make who you want to be happen. I will help you all that I can but I can only take you so far. I can give you the steps and lead you in the right direction but it will be up to you to continue following the path to make this thing into a habit.
